PSC provides comprehensive stormwater management, hydrology and hydraulic engineering services to clients identifying and mitigating potential flooding and environmental impacts to abutting residences, protected wetlands, water resource areas, and wildlife habitats. PSC designs systems for new developments as well as drainage system improvements for all types of major roadway or utility infrastructure projects. PSC has extensive experience in implementing the various and latest low impact development (LID) techniques and best management practices (BMPs) that improve groundwater recharge and water quality of stormwater runoff while focusing on controlling construction costs and minimizing maintenance requirements.
