Civil/Site Senior Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills responsible for technical and financial management of multiple projects.  We would like to see a highly motivated, competent, and ethical engineering manager with 10+ years’ experience in the design of private land development projects and public street and utility improvement projects.  You must focus on maintaining great client relationships through continuous communication and have in-depth knowledge and experience in stormwater management, the Small MS4 General Permit process, public presentations, report writing, and preforming technical peer reviews.  A MA Civil PE license is desired but not required.  Send your professional resume to - PSC, 10 Lincoln Rd Suite 201, Foxboro, MA 02035-1387
