PSC provides construction observation programs based on the needs of the municipality for oversight of subdivisions, site developments, and 40B projects.  Detailed construction observation reports provide “the eyes” for municipal boards and departments, keeping them informed of project progress, issues encountered and compliance of the project with the approved plans. Cost to complete schedules for establishing surety amounts and preparation of as-built compliance evaluations are also included in these services as needed.
