Peer Review Services: PSC routinely reviews subdivision plans, site plans, and special permit applications with full consideration of the needs and character of the municipality and its residents. Planning: PSC provides municipal planning services including visioning and master planning and implementation of community goals through preparation of zoning, subdivision, and special regulations.
