Thomas C. Houston, AICP, PE, President, Chief Civil/Site/Transportation Engineer and Professional Planner is a Professional Engineer in MA & RI and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. He has over 35 years of experience in civil and site engineering, transportation engineering, regulatory permit compliance, planning, municipal services, and expert testimony.
David W. Sanderson, Senior Vice President, and Site/Civil and Peer Review Specialist is a Professional Engineer in PA has over 25 years of professional experience in Civil/Site and Transportation/Highway design including utility systems design, hydraulics, hydrology, and stormwater management as well as peer review and municipal construction observation services.
John B. Rhoads, Senior Project Manager, and Site/Civil Engineer, has over 35 years of professional experience in site and civil engineering design, regulatory permit compliance, peer review, and municipal services.
Wade D. Saucier, RS, CHO, Health Agent, is a Registered Sanitarian in MA and has nearly 30 years of experience in Board of Health matters including food sanitation, on-site septic systems, field inspections, enforcement, public nursing services, and all areas of public health.
Victor A. Serena, Jr., Director of Construction Services, has over 30 years of experience in engineering, surveying, operations and inspections for Municipal Boards and Departments of Public Works.
Brett M. Fiocchi, PE, Project Engineer/Director of Technology, is a Registered Professional Engineer in MA, has 5 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors on transportation infrastructure projects in MA as well as RI.
